Originally from Tampa, Chris obtained his bachelor\u2019s degree in Politics from the University of Dallas. After completing his undergraduate studies, he attended Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida, graduating second in his class. During law school, Chris interned with the State Attorney\u2019s Office and the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court and served as a teaching assistant and research assistant. Chris was invited to speak at the First District Court of Appeal for his exceptional score on the February 2019 Florida Bar Exam. Prior to joining Gurley Fant, Chris worked at the Fifth District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach, serving as law clerk to the Honorable Meredith Sasso (now Justice Sasso of the Florida Supreme Court).
